Close a menu to family ordering
Stop family ordering while keeping existing meals and bills.

What happens, step by step
- 1 From Dashboard, open Lunch Forms and the published menu.
- 2 Choose More actions → Close ordering.
- 3 Read the confirmation. Choose Keep it open to back out or Close ordering to confirm.
- 4 Reopen the menu and check its closed state and Reopen action.
Frequently asked questions
Will the school still serve existing orders?
They remain active unless the office cancels them separately. Closing alone does not change serving demand.
Can I undo closing?
Use Reopen while the menu’s last day is today or in the future. Actual daily windows and deadlines still apply.
