Teachers and admins can order and pay for their own lunch, admins can see each teacher's hours on their profile again, families can report a late arrival in one tap, and importing email addresses, bank payments, lunch menus and class announcements in the app all work the way you would expect.

Report cards can now be sent to students as well as parents from one Send window, parents and students can write to their teachers from Communications, a second tap on Save no longer saves twice, and billing emails only say a payment failed when it really did.

Schools can now choose to have card and bank payment costs added to what families pay, and see exactly which families make up each bank deposit. You can turn the report card your school already uses into a MarkTrack template, parents can open the documents and links a teacher shares with a class, and report card PDFs print cleanly however long they run.

The office can now record meals that were handed out without an order, and short videos walk through every part of Lunch Forms. Schools that take attendance once a day see every day they took it, and can let their school days follow their class schedules. Receipts, invoices and reports that carry your school's logo are now much quicker to make.

Lunch Forms now runs a school's whole meal day: one menu for several programs, set ordering times, meals that sell out, payment online or at the office, and a kitchen sheet you can trust. Teachers who teach from slides can now attach them to an assignment, and students read them right inside MarkTrack.

You can now answer a parent's message right where it arrives. Report cards count real school days, give each quarter its own grade and can be emailed to parents again, and there are three fixes for teachers in the Grade Formula and on the Attendance page.

Teachers can now spread the gradebook across the whole screen, add a missed assignment on the day it was actually due, and the home page map names every state on it. The Hifz report emailed to parents now shows the day's work.

A small change to the top of the gradebook, so you always know which class you have open and who teaches it.

A round of fixes to the MarkTrack subscription itself: schools whose billing is waived are never charged, new schools get the free trial they were promised, the last two days of a trial no longer block adding a card, and Settings › Billing tells the truth about your next charge. In Edit schedule, a payment you add or change is now charged exactly as the screen shows, with the family told before the money moves. And downloads, report card previews, AI features and school-wide actions now do their heavy work in the background, so a big job at one school no longer slows MarkTrack's pages down for everyone else. Gradebooks also get a bar for finding, filtering and ordering their columns, and parents can now read their child's class discussions.

Parents can now sign a child they already have up for another program straight from My Children. Attendance alerts are set up on one card, with push notifications as their own choice, and the end-of-day summary goes out at the hour you picked. Quizzes no longer lock early because of another program's calendar, a quiz's due date follows its close time, and a student's real quiz attempt no longer gets buried under an empty one.

Communications now opens on your inbox, with the school's sent history in folders beside it and a conversation for every family you email. Gradebooks can now be sorted by first name, last name or highest score, and your choice follows you between classes and into anything you download. On Attendance, hover anywhere on a cell to see who recorded the mark and in what role, when they did it, any note a teacher left, and whether an approved absence covers that day. Grades from your old system — RenWeb, PowerSchool, a spreadsheet — can now be brought into any class's gradebook with Import Grades With AI.

Attendance has a new school report: one row per student for any day, in the shape your school needs, downloadable as a PDF or a spreadsheet. Several reports counted the same student, teacher or bill more than once: a student enrolled at two schools, a class with two teachers, a child in several classes. They now count each one once, and a number of totals that were quietly wrong are now right. And an email you send from Communications now reads like a letter from you, not a message MarkTrack is passing along. A recurring discount can now be added to a family's payment schedule even after their first bill has been paid, and paying while the school changes a bill no longer sends the whole charge back. The gradebook also had a round of repairs: emptying a box no longer deletes a student's feedback, unfinished assignments are marked and can be published from the column heading, and a score that will not save now says why.

Adding a parent now works the way adding a teacher does: send them an invitation and let them pick their own password, or create the account for them. And every report that only came as a PDF can now be downloaded as a CSV or an Excel workbook too. Settings › Billing and every email about your MarkTrack subscription now spell out exactly what your school pays, how it is worked out, and when the next charge lands. And the emails MarkTrack sends to your families now open with your school's own logo.

A new Absent & Tardy screen shows everyone who missed school today and lets you correct a whole page of records at once. The billing reports have been rebuilt, and several of their figures were wrong and are now right. Sending the progress report to parents covers every child in the school, not the first 150. Monthly tuition plans without set payment dates now bill the month after a family joins, and the form builder says when a plan has no dates.

Qaidah now tracks each lesson on the day it happened and reports on any date range you pick, schools choose which notifications parents receive, and families can pay automatically with a saved Link account. We also fixed a bill that could be raised against the wrong child in a family, a balance that went missing after a second child was approved, and attendance on a phone.

Schools can now take lunch orders online and bill for them, turn on GPA to get transcripts and rankings, and have MarkTrack design a report card from a description. Bills, receipts and attendance emails also share one clean design, a receipt lists exactly what was paid for, and the office can apply a discount code to a family's bill for them.

A parent who already has an account can now apply for another child without signing in: we email them a short code, the new child joins their existing account, and families on Auto-Pay can pay with the card they already use. Several ways a family could be charged twice or never billed are fixed. When you pick who gets an email or a text, every parent now shows their children and grades, and MarkTrack checks a list that looks mixed up before it goes out.

Information Collection Forms now live in the same forms list, with the same form builder, as your enrollment forms. They can ask survey questions and show you a summary of the answers, and families can sign a consent right on the form. Absence requests also open with one click anywhere on them, and your Stripe account page now shows exactly what you pay in processing fees.

Re-registration can now take monthly tuition automatically, and when a family's card can't be charged or saved, the family and your billing admins are told instead of it failing quietly. Every admin screen also went over for phone use, and the gradebook, Infractions, Communications and video guides got smoother.
