01Welcome them in

Turn an entrance into an organized check-in point.

Create a station for the place students arrive, then share its QR poster or set up a kiosk. Your front desk and classroom doors can have their own clear entry points into the same school workflow.

  • Create named stations for the school and its classes.
  • Print a QR poster for a doorway or reception area.
  • Use a kiosk for a shared check-in device.

02See who's here

A shared picture for the whole team.

Pickup moves quickly. Give staff a live board they can glance at, then open the activity log when they need the details behind a student's arrival or departure.

  • See student presence in a dedicated board.
  • Review recorded sign-in and sign-out times in the activity log.
  • Use the class-door view where classroom-level handoffs matter.

03Keep the handoff connected

Bring families into the routine.

Parents work with their linked children through the family roster and check-in flow. School-configured questions and the activity trail preserve the context of a handoff for staff to review later.

  • Show families the children linked to their account.
  • Collect configured handoff questions and retain the response context.
  • Explore activity analytics and day-by-day usage.

Can we have more than one check-in station?

Yes. Create stations for different entrances or classes and give each its own poster or kiosk setup.

Can staff see who is currently at school?

Yes. The live board gives staff a presence view, while the log contains the individual sign-in and sign-out events.

Is this the same as the attendance register?

Sign In / Sign Out focuses on arrivals, departures and handoffs. The Attendance feature provides the formal daily or per-class register, absence requests and attendance reporting.
