What happens, step by step
- 1 From Dashboard, open Lunch Forms and the manually closed menu; use All menus & history → Past if needed.
- 2 Choose Reopen and read the confirmation.
- 3 Choose Keep it closed to back out or Reopen to confirm.
- 4 Reopen the detail and check its published state and current ordering-window summary.
Frequently asked questions
Why are families still unable to order?
Check the day’s opening/closing times, deadline, program enablement, shared-menu setting, service closure, capacity and allowance.
Does reopening bring back cancelled meals?
No. Reopening the menu does not undo earlier order cancellations.
