Rename an existing question

Change the label of an editable custom question.

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
2. 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
3. 3 Hover over the custom question and click Edit.
4. 4 Change Label; click Done.

Should I rename fixed identity questions?

Keep the system identity questions intact. Use an editable custom question when changing wording.

Does this change the answer hint?

No. Label names the question; Placeholder controls the hint inside its answer input.
