Remove program selection from an enrollment form

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
2. 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
3. 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
4. 4 Clear Auto-enroll to Programs.
5. 5 Click Save Changes and review the canvas.

Frequently asked questions

Does removing this field unenroll accepted students?

This edits what the form collects. Existing class memberships are separate records; do not present this as a roster removal action.

How do I offer programs again later?

Open Form settings → Options, enable Auto-enroll to Programs, choose the available classes, and click Done. Review the form before publishing it again.
