What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
- 4 Under Track Organization, click Add Track.
- 5 Enter Track name and optional Description; choose its classes.
- 6 Click Save Track; then Save Changes.
Frequently asked questions
Can one track span multiple campuses?
No. Multi-school forms display individual classes scoped to the chosen campus.
Can applicants choose individual programs as well as tracks?
Use the Allow individual class selection control in the track settings. Save the form and preview the available track and individual choices.
