Enable a family application

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
- 4 Enable Family Application.
- 5 In “Ask these questions for each child?”, click Not now to keep the existing questions at the family level.
- 6 Click Save Changes, then reopen Form settings → Options to review the saved per-child fields.
Frequently asked questions
Can siblings have different answers?
Yes. Add each question under Options → Per-child fields so every child receives a separate answer.
Are canvas questions repeated for every child?
No. Canvas questions are asked once for the family. Add questions under Form settings → Options → Per-child fields when each child needs a separate answer.
Must I copy existing questions when enabling family applications?
No. Click Not now in the question-copy prompt to keep the existing canvas questions at the family level. To repeat a question for each child, use the separate copy-question or move-question workflow.
