What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click Enrollments and open a pending application.
- 3 Click Actions, then Accept, and confirm.
- 4 Read Awaiting Confirmation and Confirmation Link.
Frequently asked questions
Is the student enrolled immediately?
For this offer flow, the family must open the offer and click Confirm My Enrollment, or an admin must use Create Student. Paid held-fee and re-registration flows differ.
How do I send the link again?
Open the accepted application and use the resend confirmation control in Confirmation Link.
Why did acceptance stop with an ambiguous student match?
More than one existing child matches the supplied details. Review the children and date of birth before accepting; MarkTrack will not choose a sibling by list order.
