What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click Enrollments and open an application with a paid registration fee.
- 3 Click Actions, then Accept, and confirm.
- 4 Check Accepted, Enrolled Confirmed, and the paid Registration Payment.
Frequently asked questions
Will Accept charge the fee again?
No. This branch settles the registration charge already captured at checkout.
What if acceptance fails?
Read the failure message, resolve the cited account or enrollment issue, and accept again. The held-fee warning also explains the reject/refund alternative.
Why did acceptance stop with an ambiguous student match?
More than one existing child matches the supplied details. Review the children and date of birth before accepting; MarkTrack will not choose a sibling by list order.
