Check whose auto-pay covers a family schedule
See shared family invoices and check which parent is assigned to automatic payments.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click My Billing to see the family’s invoices.
- 3 Click Auto-Pay.
- 4 Read the message that these schedules have another payer.
- 5 Check the payer named beside each recurring invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I see a schedule but cannot enable my card for it?
Family invoice visibility is shared, but each schedule has one assigned payer. Check Payer on Auto-Pay and contact the school if it should be changed to you.
Can I still make a manual payment?
Open the family invoice in My Billing, click Pay Now, and choose a payment method belonging to your account. This does not change the schedule’s assigned automatic payer.
