Read the schedule status and distinguish planned payments from bills already issued.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click My Billing and open the schedule’s invoice.
- 3 Click View full payment schedule.
- 4 Read Your payment schedule is paused.
- 5 Review the status of each payment.
Frequently asked questions
Do I still owe an invoice marked Billed?
Open that invoice and check Amount Due. A schedule’s status describes future billing; it does not cancel an invoice already issued.
Can I restart the schedule here?
No. Contact the school to review and restart paused billing. The dates shown are the plan from before the pause.
