What accepting an application actually does

Accepting is an offer, not the finish line. See exactly what it does, what it emails the family, and what is deliberately still pending.

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Open Applications and pick one waiting for review
2. 2 Read what the family submitted, in the form's own order
3. 3 Open Actions and press Accept
4. 4 The family is emailed a confirmation link, good for 14 days
5. 5 The application is Accepted — but Enrolled still reads Pending until they confirm
6. 6 The panel is explicit about what has NOT happened yet: the registration fee is not invoiced until the child is enrolled
7. 7 You can create the student straight away, or wait for the family to confirm
