Find your meal history and bills

Review a child’s meals, payment status and order details from Lunch Forms.

What happens, step by step

  1. 1 From your parent Dashboard, choose Lunch Forms → History & bills.
  2. 2 Review open meal bills and the available Pay, Meals and Full bill (PDF) controls.
  3. 3 Use Child, Month, Status and Payment filters to find the intended meal. Choose Details.
  4. 4 Inspect Program, Amount, Payment, Ordered by or Billed to, kitchen note and the timeline. Use Close to return.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change a meal my co-parent ordered?

Only the recorded payer can use family change/cancel controls. Being able to view or pay the bill does not transfer order ownership.

Where are cancelled meals?

Choose Status → Cancelled in History & bills. Cancellation preserves the historical record.
