Reject one child while preserving sibling decisions
Record a child’s rejection and choose whether to email the family.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click Enrollments and open the family application.
- 3 Find the intended child and click Decide, then Reject….
- 4 Enter a reason and choose whether to email the family.
- 5 Click Reject this child.
- 6 Check that other children keep their existing decisions.
Frequently asked questions
Can I refund only the rejected child’s registration fee here?
No. Child decisions do not calculate a per-child refund. The full available fee refund is only offered in the eligible final-rejection branch.
Why is a child’s decision locked?
An enrolled placement must be revoked through the appropriate admission workflow before changing its decision.
