What happens, step by step
- 1 Open the school’s published application link or embedded form.
- 2 Find the consent field and read its full text.
- 3 Select the agreement checkbox and provide the requested signature/name fields.
- 4 Confirm that the information is accurate and complete before submitting.
- 5 Review any validation message before Submit Application or Pay & Submit.
Frequently asked questions
Can an admin silently replace my signed answer later?
Your consent answer is read-only in the application editor. It retains the exact consent wording, your signed name and the time you signed.
Why did another question appear after my answer?
Schools can configure conditional fields and conditional required fields. Complete the fields now displayed before submitting.
