Select the offered campus/program choices for each child.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Open the school’s published application link.
- 2 Enter the parent and child details requested by the school.
- 3 Choose the child’s school and select an offered class for that campus.
- 4 Confirm that your information is accurate and click Submit Application.
- 5 Click View My Responses to check the saved school and class choices.
Frequently asked questions
Why are there no classes listed?
Select the child’s school first. A selected campus with no programs displays that condition; contact the school for placement.
Can siblings attend different schools?
When the form includes per-child school selection, choose the appropriate campus on each child card and verify the summary.
Where can I check the campus and class I selected?
After submitting, click View My Responses. In the child’s answers, check School and Classes. If the confirmation does not list the campus, use this saved response view.
