Enroll an existing child in another program

Apply for another program in your school’s organization from your child’s profile. Your child’s details are already filled in — no new account or email code.

What happens, step by step

  1. 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
  2. 2 Click My Children and select your child.
  3. 3 Click Enroll in a program to see the programs open to your child, including programs at other schools in your organization.
  4. 4 Click Apply for this program. Your child’s details are already filled in.
  5. 5 Answer the program’s questions and confirm the details are accurate.
  6. 6 Click Submit Application and check that the application was received.
  7. 7 Click Back to programs to track the application’s status.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need another account or an email verification code?

No. Start from the child's profile while signed in. Required program questions and fresh agreements still apply.

Can I enroll at another school?

Yes, when an eligible program at that school belongs to the same organization and has an open enrollment form.

What if the program has a registration fee?

The form shows the registration fee and tuition schedule before you submit. Pay with your saved Auto-Pay card or enter a different card; staff approval, where required, still applies.

Will my saved card pay the new program's invoices?

Choose the saved Auto-Pay card at checkout. The registration fee and the new program's tuition use the existing billing workflow and the schedule shown. Choosing a different card for required Auto-Pay changes the card used by the submitting parent's account.

Why is a program missing?

The form may be closed or unpublished, the child may already be enrolled or have an application in progress, or the school's academic year may be concluded. Contact the school if no suitable program is available.

Can staff at my first school approve another school’s program?

A school administrator must have access to every campus requested in the application, or be an organization super admin.

What happens to future payments if staff remove my guardian link?

Your future tuition for that child pauses for staff payer review. Existing invoices remain due, and your other children’s schedules continue.
