What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click Form settings → Options; find Track Organization.
- 4 Click the track’s remove control; click Save Changes.
Frequently asked questions
Does this delete the school’s classes?
No. Removing a track changes this form’s grouping. The school’s class records remain.
Can applicants still choose individual classes?
That depends on Allow individual class selection in addition to tracks. Review that setting and the selected programs before publishing.
