What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click Templates; choose Hifz Application.
- 4 Review the added questions and save confirmation.
Frequently asked questions
Does this automatically switch on Family Application?
No. Open Form settings → Options to configure Family Application, then review or copy appropriate questions into Per-child fields.
Will this replace my existing questions?
No. The template appends a question group. Review the added fields, remove duplicates you do not need, and verify the form in Preview Form.
