Stop collecting second guardian details

Remove the optional second-guardian block as one unit.

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
2. 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
3. 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
4. 4 Clear Second Parent/Guardian.
5. 5 Wait for reload and verify that its fields are removed.

Frequently asked questions

Can single-guardian families use the form without switching this off?

Yes. The second guardian fields may be left blank by a single-guardian family.

Can I add the second-guardian block again later?

Yes. Open Form settings → Options and enable Second Parent/Guardian again. Review the name, email, and phone questions that appear on the form.
