What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Hover a question; drag its grip to the new position.
- 4 Alternatively use Move field up or Move field down; wait for saving.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I move a conditional question above its trigger?
The rule becomes inactive and the question is shown. Place its trigger above it and review the conditional editor again.
Can reordering affect conditional questions?
Yes. A conditional question needs an earlier supported trigger in the same scope. After moving questions, reopen their conditional settings and verify the trigger still comes first.
