What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Select Archived; open the form.
- 3 Choose Actions → Reopen Form and confirm.
- 4 Check Schedule and capacity if applicants still cannot submit.

Why did reopening fail?
Read the error, open Edit Form and repair the invalid fields, tuition settings or academic year before trying again.
Why might reopening still leave a form unavailable?
Review Schedule for dates and capacity, and resolve any publication validation errors. Reopen reruns the publication checks.
