What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
2. 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
3. 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Billing.
4. 4 Choose No recurring tuition in Tuition Schedule.
5. 5 Click Save Changes.

Frequently asked questions

Does this cancel existing family schedules?

This changes the form configuration. Review existing recurring schedules separately in Billing; do not assume previously created schedules stop.

Can I change this again later?

Yes. Open the form’s editor and return to the same control. Review and save the new setting before sharing the form.
