What happens, step by step

  1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
  2. 2 Open the form; click Actions → Preview Form.
  3. 3 Review the new tab, including family sections, routing and any payment banner.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the shareable application URL?

After publication, return to the form and use Actions → Copy Share Link. Preview uses a separate preview parameter.

Does previewing publish the form?

No. Actions → Preview Form lets an administrator inspect the applicant layout while the form remains a draft or closed. Publish Form is a separate action.
