Map an info question to a user profile field
Use an answer to update an allowed field on the person's profile.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Find the form marked Info Collection in the list and click Edit.
- 3 Hover the question and click its pen; choose a field under Updates their profile.
- 4 Pick a compatible Type, click Done, and save the form.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I map free text to gender?
Set Type to Dropdown, list the choices as Options, then choose Gender under Updates their profile. Other question types are refused for gender.
Can I map any question type to any profile field?
No. Use Date for date of birth and Dropdown for gender. Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Rating and Consent questions cannot update a profile.
