What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
- 4 Clear Family Application.
- 5 Click Save Changes and review the removed children section.
Frequently asked questions
Does turning it off convert old child answers into family answers?
No. Review existing applications separately; scope changes configure the form going forward.
Should I review the form after changing this setting?
Yes. Check both the canvas and Preview Form. Changing Family Application is a configuration change; it does not migrate existing application answers between family and child scopes.
