What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Open the unused form; choose Actions → Delete Form.
- 3 Read the permanent-deletion prompt and confirm only on the disposable demo form.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I delete a form with archived applications?
Archived records are still retained applications. Use Archive or Close Form to preserve them instead.
Why can Delete be visible but still refuse deletion?
The server blocks deletion when any applications exist, including archived applications. Use Close Form to retain the form and its history.
