What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Open the follow-up question's editor; enable Only show this field when….
- 4 Select an earlier choice question, is not, and the excluded answer.
- 5 Click Done.

Can I remove a condition?
Open Edit field, clear Only show this field when…, then click Done and verify the question is always shown.
What happens if the trigger itself is hidden?
A hidden trigger also hides questions that depend on it. Review the full sequence in Preview Form after saving your conditions.
