What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Open the published form; choose Actions → Close Form.
- 3 Confirm the closure and inspect the status.
Frequently asked questions
Is Close Form different from Archive on the list?
Both use archived status and stop submissions. Find it under Archived and use Actions → Reopen Form to publish it again.
Where can I review applications after closing the form?
Open Enrollments → Manage Forms → Archived, then open the closed form. Closing preserves its applications.
