What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
- 4 Click Clear All Fields.
- 5 Read the confirmation, confirm, and review the saved canvas.
Frequently asked questions
Can I start over without changing my existing form?
Use the form's Actions → Duplicate Form first; edit the new draft copy.
Will this also clear the child question list?
No. Clear All Fields applies to removable canvas questions. Open Form settings → Options → Per-child fields to remove optional child questions individually.
