Remove a custom per-child question

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
- 4 Find the question under Per-child fields.
- 5 Click Remove field on that row; click Save Changes.
Frequently asked questions
Where do I rename an existing per-child question?
The current Per-child fields list does not expose a general edit control. Do not demonstrate a rename flow until an editor exists.
Why can I not remove the child name or birth date?
Those child identity questions are protected. Use the remove icon beside an optional per-child question instead.
