Move a question into the child section

Reuse existing applicant questions in the repeated child section.

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
2. 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
3. 3 Click the Form settings gear; choose Options.
4. 4 Click Copy questions from the form.
5. 5 Select the desired questions; choose Move it.
6. 6 Review the summary; click Add to per-child questions.

Frequently asked questions

What if the form already has applications?

Use Copy questions from the form and keep the offered copy-only mode. Existing family answers stay where they were collected.

When should I use Copy instead of Move it?

Use Copy when the family should still answer the original question. Use Move it only when the question belongs exclusively to each child and the modal allows moving it.
