What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Enrollments, then Manage Forms.
- 2 Choose Drafts, then click Edit on the form’s row.
- 3 Edit a File Upload question.
- 4 Enable Allow taking a photo with camera; click Done.
- 5 Click the main Save Changes button to persist this setting.
Frequently asked questions
Can families still upload a saved file?
Yes. The camera option is offered alongside the normal upload control.
Why might the camera option fail on an embedded form?
The browser must grant camera access, and the website iframe must permit camera use. The copied MarkTrack iframe currently omits a camera permission attribute; use ordinary file upload until that embedded combination is verified.
