Connect a bank account as an independent student
Connect your bank through Stripe and confirm the saved account in My Billing.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click My Billing, then Payment Methods.
- 3 Click Add Bank, then Connect Bank Account.
- 4 Review Stripe’s bank connection request and complete your bank’s verification.
- 5 Select the account, finish the connection, and check the saved method.
Frequently asked questions
Can every student use this page?
If My Billing is unavailable, ask the school which account is responsible for payment. A student linked to a parent does not have this independent billing entry.
Why does the bank window look different for me?
Choose your own bank and follow its login and verification prompts. The video uses a Stripe test institution. After connecting, return to My Billing → Payment Methods and check the bank name and final digits.
