Pay part of an invoice

Choose a smaller payment and understand the remaining balance.

What happens, step by step

1. 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
2. 2 Click My Billing and open an unpaid invoice.
3. 3 Click Pay Now.
4. 4 Change Payment Amount to the amount to pay and wait for the updated amount.
5. 5 Choose a saved card and click Pay.
6. 6 Check Partly paid and the remaining Amount Due.

Frequently asked questions

Can I pay less than one dollar as a custom amount?

A custom payment must be at least $1. Use the offered full-balance action for any supported smaller remaining balance.

Does a partial payment clear overdue status?

It reduces the amount due. Any remaining past-due collectible balance can still be shown as overdue.
