- 1 Start on Dashboard for about one second.
- 2 Click My Billing.
- 3 Read Balance due now.
- 4 Review the amount, child, and next charge on each Recurring Charges card.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Unpaid show more invoices than Balance due now?
The tab includes processing and other visible states. Balance due now excludes in-flight payments, uncollected future first charges, refunded/disputed amounts that the family cannot pay.
Where are my other children’s invoices?
The portal includes invoices for primary and second-parent children across schools. Check child names and the school label on each row.
Why has a paid tuition invoice returned to Unpaid after another child was approved?
The newly approved child adds their first tuition installment. Your earlier payment remains credited. Pay only Amount Due; the future recurring payment may include both children.
