What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Billing.
- 2 Click Continue Setup to reopen Payment Setup.
- 3 At Select an account for payouts, choose a bank or the available manual account-entry option.
- 4 In this sandbox demonstration, click Enter test bank account credentials instead, then Use test account.
- 5 Review the masked bank destination under Payout details.
Frequently asked questions
Where does collected money go?
The verified payout bank is the destination for payouts from the connected account. After setup, Billing → View Stripe Account shows the bank destination and payout schedule.
Why is there a Use test account button?
That button belongs to Stripe’s test environment and is used only in this demonstration. Real setup requires your organization’s actual bank account through the current bank selection or account-entry form.
Does adding a bank guarantee an immediate deposit?
No. Bank details, payment availability, payout eligibility and the payout schedule are separate. Check Account Details for the current capabilities and schedule.
