Open the separate archived-payments list.

What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Billing.
- 2 Open Archive.
- 3 Choose Payments.
- 4 Read archived payment records, or the empty-state message when there are none.

Is this the list of refunded payments?
No. This tab shows archived records. To inspect a refund, open its invoice and Payment History.
