Frequently asked questions
Does no registration fee mean nothing can be charged that day?
No. Check the tuition schedule's first due date and Auto-accept setting: tuition due on immediate acceptance can be charged when the family submits.
Can tuition still be due when the registration fee is zero?
Yes. Review the recurring template timing and the form acceptance settings. A zero registration fee does not mean that an immediate tuition installment is zero.
Does selecting a template guarantee the family schedule was created?
No. After acceptance, open Billing and verify the recurring schedule, payer and first invoice. Some single-applicant forms currently fail to create the schedule, especially single-campus forms or forms without campus selection. Saving this form setting does not confirm a successful charge.
