What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Billing.
- 2 Open a successful invoice payment in Payment History.
- 3 Read Processing fee and the net amount.
- 4 Review the amount retained after the displayed deduction.
Frequently asked questions
Can I promise one universal card or ACH rate?
No. Fees depend on your school’s settings and the payment. Open Payment History and use the amount displayed for that transaction.
Is MarkTrack subscription billing the same fee?
No. Tuition billing covers money your school collects from families. The subscription your school pays MarkTrack is managed separately in Settings billing.
Why do two card payments of the same amount show different processing fees?
The card processor charges more for a card issued outside the US, and the fee follows the card that was used. Open Payment History to see the fee for each payment.
