What happens, step by step
- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Billing.
- 2 Open the unpaid invoice and Set up payment plan.
- 3 With no card on file, set installment count, start and frequency.
- 4 Click Email parent setup link.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to create the plan again after they add a card?
No. The proposed schedule is stored and activates when the parent saves a payment method.
Why does the invoice say Awaiting card?
The plan exists but cannot collect until the parent completes the setup link.
