- 1 Start on the admin Dashboard; click Billing.
- 2 Open a cancelled invoice.
- 3 Click Archive and confirm.
- 4 Read the archive confirmation on Billing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I archive an unpaid live invoice directly?
The invoice action only allows cancelled invoices. Resolve the live bill first.
Does Archive delete history?
No. Open Billing → Archive to view retained invoices and payments.
