Set up your whole Fall 2026 enrollment in an afternoon
It is enrollment season. New applications, registration fees, class lists, a fresh calendar. If that normally eats a month of spreadsheets and copy paste, this year can go differently.
Here is the whole Fall 2026 setup, start to finish, in one place. You can do it in an afternoon.
1. Open applications
Build an enrollment form, share the public link, and let families apply from a phone. Accept a family and the student account is created for you. No re-typing names into a second system.
2. Collect the registration fee
When you accept a family, their registration invoice goes out on its own. Parents pay by card, sibling discounts apply automatically, and every child in a house lands on one bill. Want the fee paid up front? You can block login until it is paid.
3. Set the year and the terms
Create your 2026-2027 year and add the terms you grade on, like Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. Grades, report cards, and attendance all line up to the term you pick. Set it once and the whole year is scoped.
4. Roll last year forward
You do not rebuild your classes from scratch. Start New Year copies your classes and their teachers into the new year. Bulk Enroll then moves students up to the next level, a whole roster at a time, with you approving the suggestions. A year of classes, set up in a few clicks.
5. Bring your roster over
Switching from RenWeb, FACTS, or a pile of spreadsheets? Export your students and families to a CSV or Excel file and drop it in. MarkTrack reads the columns and sends each family a setup invite. It handles students and parents; your classes and terms come from the year tools above.
That is the afternoon
Applications open, fees collecting, the year and terms set, classes rolled over, your roster in. That is a full Fall 2026 setup, and it is the same path for the 2027 year when it comes.
