One invoice per family

The MarkTrack Team · May 2, 2026 · 2 min read

Most Islamic schools have families with three, four, sometimes seven kids enrolled. The default in most billing tools is one invoice per child. That means a parent gets seven invoices and seven Stripe receipts every month, and your office reconciles seven payments per family.

We hated that, so we fixed it.

Family invoices, by default

Tuition for every child in a household rolls up into a single bill. The parent sees one total, pays once, and you reconcile once.

Each child still itemized

Open the invoice and every child has their own section, with line items, amounts, and notes. Parents know exactly what they're paying for. Sibling discounts apply automatically.

The boring stuff handled

  • Recurring monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing
  • Automatic late fees
  • Send Reminder, View PDF, Mark as Paid right from the invoice
  • Stripe under the hood, with instant card or bank payments

Your office stops chasing seven payments. Parents stop hating you on the 1st of the month. See the billing & payments page for the full breakdown, or book a quick call.
