Sibling discounts that apply themselves
Most Islamic schools give a break to families with more than one child enrolled. Second kid pays a little less, third kid less again. The discount is the easy part. Remembering to put it on the right child, on every invoice, every month, is where it falls apart.
So we made it automatic.
Set the rule once
Pick the discount for each spot in the family. Second child 10 percent, third child 15, and so on. Use a percentage or a flat dollar amount. It is set per school, so you do this one time and you are done.
It applies itself
When a family bill goes out, MarkTrack ranks the children, keeps the oldest one at full price, and discounts the rest. The discount lands as its own line, named for the child, so the parent sees exactly what they got. Add or remove a kid and the next bill sorts itself out.
It runs on family invoices, the single bill that covers the whole household. Recurring months recheck the rule each time, so the discount is never stale and nobody has to remember it.
That is the whole feature. See the billing and payments page, or talk to us about setting it up for your school.
