Stop chasing unpaid registration fees

Every admin knows the dance. A family applies, you accept them, you send the registration invoice, and then nothing. The kid is in class, the parent is using the app, and the fee sits unpaid for weeks while you send one more polite reminder.

Make payment the front door

Turn on Require Paid Registration Before Login and a parent cannot get into the school until their registration invoice is paid. Cash, check, or card, anything that marks the invoice paid opens the door. It is one checkbox.

What the parent sees

They try to log in and get a clear message that points them to the invoice already sitting in their email. No mystery, no support ticket, no call to the office. They pay, and the next login just works.

The reminders run on their own

You are not the collections department. MarkTrack nudges unpaid families for you by email, text, and in the app, on a schedule you choose. Most fees get paid before anyone is ever locked out.

A few things worth knowing:

• It only affects parents. Admins and teachers are never blocked.
• It is set per school, so you can require it at one program and skip it at another.
• Any payment method works. The gate opens the moment the invoice is paid.
